Where can I buy Shougetsudo products?
We manufacture brushes and deal mainly with wholesalers and art supply stores in Japan and France. Therefore, we do not sell directly except for some original brand brushes. Some of our brushes are sold through our online shop.
Where do you manufacture your brushes?
All of our brushes and brushes are manufactured in Japan at our factory in Kumano-cho, Hiroshima Prefecture. Our brush craftsmen, who have 10 to 40 years of craftsmanship experience, make our brushes with great care.
Do you make Japanese calligraphy brushes?
We also manufacture a variety of calligraphy brushes for students and high-quality kana brushes made of weasel.
Is contract manufacturing (OEM/ODM) available?
Shougetsudo offers contract manufacturing (OEM/ODM), but since the products are handmade by our craftsmen, it takes a considerable amount of time to produce. We would appreciate it if you could spare some time when making a request.
